Most of our posts will have affiliate links to products, tools, and services.
It’s Explainer FAQs, after all, so let us ‘explain’ what these links mean and how they work.
What are affiliate links and do they make a difference to you?
When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, we would get a small commission from our partner.
This commission is always a percentage of the original price.
This in no way affects the price that you pay for the product or service.
You pay exactly the same price as displayed on the partner site.
It’s our partners who would be affected (as they would pay us a small commission).
We will indicate if a link is an affiliate link by adding a simple wording at the end i.e. (affiliate link).
Why do we need affiliate links on our website?
The money generated from these commissions helps us grow our website.
It is also a source of income for us.
How do we choose affiliate products or services?
We generally recommend and promote products which we have used it ourselves. In all such cases, you will generally see something like ‘tested’ or ‘purchased’.
In a few cases, we would promote products that we haven’t tried or purchased.
Be rest assured, that these would be the best products in the market. And they would be used and tested by many already!
Needless to say, we will do enough research and/or testing on these products and services before recommending them.
We will never recommend a low-quality product or service just for the sake of earning a commission! Yucks. That’s not our style!
Which affiliate programs are we promoting?
We are currently promoting:
- Make Web Video
- Magix and Vegas Software
- Toonly and Doodly
- Telestream (Screenflow)
- Wondershare (Filmora and others)
